1930’s Home

Renovation of an Early Modernist 1930’s home. This property is one of the last remaining intact original domestic home and garden dwellings left in a popular eastern suburb’s location.

Alice Rawson Lifeboat

The Alice Rawson is the first lifeboat constructed from an Australian design and local timbers in 1907 which served Port Jackson, and stationed at Watsons Bay. There are presently only four other boats of this vintage left today. Hopefully, DSF can help restore this lifeboat as a tangible reminder of maritime history protecting sea traffic and nautical life in Port Jackson.

Prizes and Partnerships

In the near future prizes and partnerships will be awarded to those who have contributed to promoting and maintaining Australian heritage in the frameworks of our industrial and built environments, culture, crafts, and educational responses in the Greater Sydney Region.
